Use as a topical oil rub, for the following conditions to help alleviate

bone and muscular pain, joint stiffness and aching, localized swelling and skin irritations.

Hot compress or bath: Add 1/6 oz of the oil to a warm bath for relief from joint stiffness, arthritic pain, and helping combat degeneration of cells.
